Renew Membership

If you wish, you may use the enrollment form to renew your annual membership.  Just mark it “Renewal.”  Download a copy of the membership form.  Simply print out the form and mail it with your check.

If you don’t have a printer handy, just send a check payable to “AORTA” and note “Renewal” at the bottom.  Dues categories are:  Individual $25, Living Lightly $18, Family $30, Steward $100, Sponsor $250, or Corporate $500.  Please be sure that AORTA has your current mailing and (if possible) email addresses.  Send your remittance to:  AORTA, PO Box 2772, Portland, OR 97208-2772.

A reminder:  AORTA is a certified 501(c)3 non-profit consumer organization under IRS provisions.  Dues and donations to AORTA may be tax-deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes.
